"In early spring of 2016, we realized that it was time to
relocate. There was no doubt that we had the right team I in place, we just needed a better location that would
be representative of our commitment to our employees, customers, community and manufacturers.
Our number one priority for the new property was the physical location. tI should be typical of our industry, offer visibility and accessibility and include enough acreage to support the construction of a new facility and the capacity for displaying and promoting our full product line.
We exceeded our expectations when we elected to purchase a 50-acre farm located in the middle of our territory and only a short distance from the town center and 1-75. With the assistance of our local building contractor, the Tift County Planning and Zoning Committee, and Tift County commIssIoners.wewereabletomoveforwardafterthe property was rezoned from agriculture to agriculture business.
Consultingwith both contractor, Justice Construction Company, and designer, Corbin Design Group, we were able to accomplish a plan that allowed us to balance the architecture with the landscape. After finalizing the planning and design p h a s e s for the project, we broke ground on July 17, 2017, and approximately one year later ni late July 2018 the project wascomplete."
